Enrico Pollini

Enrico Pollini graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Trento with top honors in 1993. Since 1995, he has been a member of the Italian Register of Chartered Accountants, and since 1999, of the Register of Statutory Auditors. He is a partner at MMA, with offices in Trento and Rovereto, and serves as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several companies operating in the financial, industrial, and commercial sectors. Specializing in extraordinary finance, he is responsible within the firm for both the Tax and Legal area and the Private area. For many years, he has been involved in extraordinary transactions, on which he regularly delivers lectures and training in both tax and accounting matters, as well as in generational succession planning, assisting entrepreneurs in both the planning and execution phases, and in the use of various personal wealth management instruments. He also acts as a consultant to companies, including large organizations, with particular expertise in corporate group taxation and extraordinary finance transactions.
