Milan, May 28, 2024<\/em>: Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (\u201cIWB<\/strong>\u201d) announces to the market that Vice President Dr. Giorgio Pizzolo has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Prosecco DOC Consortium. This appointment, in addition to being an important and well-deserved personal recognition for the professionalism and dedication that Giorgio Pizzolo has shown in promoting Prosecco internationally, represents a significant milestone for IWB. With its Vice President, IWB is now directly involved in the leadership of Italy’s largest wine consortium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This position is in addition to Giorgio Pizzolo’s role as a Board Member of the Consorzio del Pinot Grigio delle Venezie, the second most important consortium after Prosecco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IWB is also represented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– In the Consorzio del Primitivo di Manduria DOC;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– On the Pricing Commission of the Verona Commodity Exchange;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

confirming IWB\u2019s prominent institutional position in the Italian and international wine industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
