He is a partner at MMA, with offices in Trento and Rovereto, and serves as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several companies operating in the financial, industrial, and commercial sectors. Specializing in extraordinary finance, he is responsible within the firm for both the Tax and Legal area and the Private area. For many years, he has been involved in extraordinary transactions, on which he regularly delivers lectures and training in both tax and accounting matters, as well as in generational succession planning, assisting entrepreneurs in both the planning and execution phases, and in the use of various personal wealth management instruments.
